General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop. The contracting party is SunRoll Trading GmbH, Mainzer Landstraße 69, 60329 Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland ("we").

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping basket. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after submitting the order (via e-mail). The contract of sale is concluded when we accept your order by means of an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and include statutory Value Added Tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

4. Payment

The payment methods displayed at checkout are available in our shop, in particular PayPal. If PayPal is selected, payment processing is handled by PayPal. Their terms of use and privacy policy apply.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by you, within the countries/regions we cover. Delivery times are stated on the website or at checkout. Partial deliveries are permitted, provided this is reasonable for you.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy (see corresponding page).

8. Warranty

The statutory law on liability for defects applies. For consumers, the limitation period for defect claims regarding new goods is generally two years from delivery, unless otherwise provided by law.

9. Liability

We shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
